BIOBLOCK ?
¢Â A new concept bacterial and enzyme blend for waste water treatment
different from existing products.
¢Â Effective for the maintenance of waste water treatment plants
Characteristics
¢Â Bacteria suitable to waste water to process can be selected
(1,600 or more strains are provided)
¢Â Controlled release type of bacterial and enzyme blend for waste
water treatment
- Stability of strains increases dramatically. Easy storage and
usage by long lifetime through continuous releasing in waste water
by certain amount, representing strain activity.
Reaction Mechanism of BIOBLOCK
Biodegradation of organic matter by coating microorganism released
from
BIOBLOCK in reaction tank
¢Â Improvement of coagulation and precipitability by means of
coating material
¢Â Continued efficacy through controlled releasing type (15 days)
¢Â Enhancement of sludge dewatering efficiency
¢Â Pure bacterial and enzyme blend for waste water treatment enabling
maintenance of high bacteria activity
¢Â Production of various product lines by selecting and cultivating
microorganisms by waste waters that can apply to different waste
waters
¢Â Reduction of n-Hexane extracts while improving the condition
of aeration
tank in the waste water which contains oil ingredients, because
of having the
biosurfactant materials which bacteria produce.
Specifications
¢Â Bacillus sp.(3 species), Pseudomonas sp. (2 species), Candida
sp. (1 species)
¢Â Except for above strains, application to strains by properties
of waste waters(2~3 species)
¢Â High bacterial activity above 109 CFU/g
Usage
¢Â Amount by conditions
- In case of occurrence of abnormal condition(pin-floc occurrence,
floc destroy) : 50¢¦100mg/L
- When daily variation of load is significant: 20¢¦50mg/L
- In case of normal operation: 5¢¦10mg/L
- Proper dose will be determined depending on other waste constituents
and treatment condition.
