KERASOFT¨Þ ?

¢Â The keratinolytic protease produced from microorganism makes skin soft and increases whitening effect by smoothly maintaining the metabolism of skin through removal of the keratin which is most of aged skin surface.
¢Â The added keratinolytic protease has the various abilities such as
maintenance of soft skin by removal of horny layer and impurities of protein,
degradation of aged tissue, stimulation of skin metabolism, and absorption of
nutrition etc.
¢Â Advantages of keratinase for a application of cosmetics

- The keratinase makes skin color light up through stimulating turnover by
degradation of keratin, desmosome that is the main component of epidermis.
- It is very low sensitive by using an enzymatic peeling but not the chemical
peeling.
- Effect of Anti-acne by opening the pores of skin surface

    The keratinase activity is measured by determining the quantity of tyrosine hydrolyzed after reaction with enzyme with casein as a substrate in absorbance (660nm).
